Chicken Wings with Seasoned Sauce with Tamarind and Ginger

  • Prepare 8 chicken wings and season with salt to taste.
  • Heat one tablespoon of oil into a non-stick frying pan & brown the chicken wings for 8 minutes. Turn chicken wings at least once.
  • Heat oven to 375ºF then place chicken wings in baking pan.
  • Cover chicken wings with one tablespoon of melted Doraz Garlic and Parsley Margarine and three tablespoons of Doraz Seasoned Sauce with Tamarind and Ginger .
  • Heat for 15 minutes.
  • Add Doraz Aji Chombo to taste.
 

Glazed Ham

  • Season 6 pound cooked ham with Doraz Ham Glaze. Marinate for one hour.
  • With a knife, cut diamond shapes in the upper part of the ham, making 1 centimeter incisions.
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF, place ham in the oven and bake for 60 minutes, basting it periodically with the juices for thorough cooking.
  • Remove from oven. Garnish with pineapple or prune slices.
 

Choripan (Chorizo/Sausage Sandwich) with Chimichurri

  • Roast chorizos on grill or skillet.
  • Heat hot dog buns and spread on both slices with Doraz Chimichurri.
  • Add the grilled chorizo.
  • Add Doraz Aji Chombo to taste.
 

Chicken Breast Seasoned with Margarine with Garlic and Parsley

  • Take four chicken breasts and cut into cubes.
  • Brown chicken cubes into skillet with Doraz Margarine with Garlic and Parsley. You may add mushrooms, a little white wine, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve on slices of toasted bread.
 

Fish with Achiote and Aji Chombo

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of Doraz Achiote, 2 tablespoons of Doraz Garlic Paste, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt to taste.
  • Rub this mixture on four fish fillets and leave marinating for at least one hour.
  • Add one tablespoon of olive oil into a frying pan and cover the surface evenly. Brown fish fillets on each side.
  • After fillets are ready, you may enhance the flavor by adding Doraz Chimichurri and Aji Chombo.
